
The Cabinet has approved the required amendments to the Implementing Regulation of the Anti-Money Laundering Law.
In its weekly meeting under Prime Minister Sherif Ismail, the amendments were approved in the light of keeping up with the latest developments in the anti-money laundering law and the international standards of combating money laundering and terror financing.
The amendments include the definition of the money laundering crime among other amendments.
