The cabinet has approved to reduce the prices of industrial zone lands in Wadi Saririah in the Upper Egyptian governorate of Minya.
The cabinet also offers new facilities in payment.
The investor will put a down payment hitting 25% of the land price and the remaining amount will be paid over seven years.
The new facilities came as an immediate response from the government to the investors in Minya to push the wheel of development, Engineer Ismail Gaber, the head of Industrial Development Authority, said in a statement on Friday.
