Candidatures for the presidential election will be submitted from September 8 to 22, the Independent Higher Authority for the Elections (ISIE) announced, Friday, in a statement.
An office dedicated to the presidential election was created to this effect at the new headquarters of the election authority in “Berges du Lac 2,” ISIE noted in the statement.
