Civil service law articles 17, 20 not applicable to presidency, cabinet

President Abdel Fattah El Sisi issued on Thursday a decree stipulating that articles no 17 and 20 of the civil service law are not applicable to leading posts and supervisory departments of the presidency and the cabinet.
The decree was published in the gazette.
