The international coalition warplanes carried out raids in Aleppo, killing 18 members of the Islamic State in Iraq and Levant (ISIL), the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) said Saturday.
SOHR said in a statement that at least three ISIL members killed in Ali Shar village on the eastern rural outskirts of Ayn Al-Arab, and 15 others were killed in other suburbs of Ayn Al-Arab.
The ISIL sites in Sitalab village have been targeted by air raids, SOHR said, adding that six civilians believed to be oil workers were injured after one air raid.
Earlier, SOHR said two militants were killed in the recent coalition air strikes against locations for Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) in Syria.
In one of the 31 airstrikes carried out by US-led coalition forces, two leaders from the ISIL were killed while on their bike in Deir Ez-Zor, said SOHR.
