
Crown Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, the Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior, who is also Chairman of the National anti-drug committee, lauded the efforts exerted and support rendered by governors of administrative regions of the Kingdom for the government's anti-drug national program "Nibras".
In a statement, the Secretary General of the National Anti-drug committee Abdul-Elah bin Mohammed Al-Shareef, who is also the Assistant Director General of Nibras for Preventive Affairs, described the governors' efforts as leading to the success of the project which aims to fight the spread of drugs and protection of the society from its evils.
He said the project, which was launched eight months ago, with the support of SABIC, aims at illuminating the Saudi public about the danger of drug abuses and creating a drug-free social environment through publicizing a drug prevention culture among the society using today's advanced media.
