Custody of 5 MBs renewed in Mansoura over violence

Mansoura Criminal Court renewed Saturday the custody of five supporters of the Muslim Brotherhood (MB) for another 15 days pending investigations over violence.
They were facing changes of belonging to a terrorist group plotted to disrupt public security, damaging the state's institutions, instigating violence against police and army troops, and sabotaging public property.
In December 2013, the government declared the Muslim Brotherhood a 'terrorist organization', blaming it for a string of attacks in the country and banning all its activities nationwide, including their regular protests.
Most leaders along with thousands of members of the group have been tried and sentenced so far.
