Tunisian Interior Ministry spokesman Walid Lougini said that the terrorist Daesh group in Libya has nearly 5,000 militants, including leading members from Tunisia.
The remarks were made on the sidelines of an international symposium on the consequences of the spread of terrorist organizations in North Africa and the Southern Mediterranean.
The growing number of foreign fighters has negative impacts on countries neighboring Libya, he noted.
