The Observatory for Anomalous and Takfiri Fatwas of Dar al Ifta said the attacks on Islamic countries and accusing their leaders of blasphemy represented a malicious means used by the terrorist groups to destroy social and religious peace.
In a statement on Sunday, the observatory said such terrorist groups seek to sow seeds of sedition, chaos and destruction in Islamic countries.
Commenting on an audio message by Daesh leader Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi days ago in which he vowed to attack Israel, the observatory said the aim of such threat was to recruit more fighters for the terrorist group especially those sympathizing with the Palestinian cause.
It added that Baghdadi's threat contradicted his previous statements in July 2014 that Islam did not order Muslims to fight Israel or even the infidels.
