The anti-Takfiri fatwas observatory of Darul Iftaa warned against calls by leader of Daesh Abu Bakr al Baghdadi to join the militant group and migrate to the so-called “Islamic State”.
In a statement, the observatory said Baghdadi’s calls are aimed to sow sedition and tolerate bloodshed under different causes.
Islamic Sharia prohibits the shedding of blood, it added.
The Daesh group had released an audio message of Baghdadi in which he urges Muslims to emigrate to the "caliphate" it has proclaimed in areas of Syria and Iraq.
