The death toll among Egyptian pilgrims has risen to 18, a Hajj official said on Friday.
Mamdouh Hussein, 70, died on Friday while on a bus from Arafat to Muzdalifa, Assistant Interior Minister and chief executive of the Hajj mission Shaker el-Kial told MENA.
An approval was received from the deceased pilgrim's family to be buried in the holy lands, el-Kial added.
