Egypt has slammed attacks on the Bahi and Mabruk oilfields in central Libya, said spokesman for Foreign Ministry Badr Abdel Ati.
The attacks aimed at undermining the international community's efforts to encourage the political dialogue, Abel Ati said.
Egypt voiced support the Libyan legitimate government to push political dialogue in the country, he said.
Islamist militants are reported to have seized two oil fields in central Libya, as rival groups fight for control of the country.
Forces guarding the Bahi and Mabruk sites retreated after running out of ammunition.
