
Hungary has condemned the North Sinai terrorist attacks which left 17 soldiers killed and 13 others injured as well as the assassination of Egypt's prosecutor general Hesham Barakat.
In a statement released here on Sunday, the Hungarian Foreign Ministry has strongly denounced the terrorist attacks in Egypt, asserting that stability of Egypt is necessary for North Africa, the Middle East and Europe.
The recent attacks asserted that the Egyptian Armed Forces are at the forefront of the fight against terrorism. Egypt is not only defending itself, but all peace-loving countries and should be supported by the international community.
The Hungarian government offered condolences to the families of the fatalities in Sinai attacks and wished the injured a speedy recovery.
