
The House of Representatives under Ali Abdel Aal continued during the evening session on Sunday debating a number of parliamentary bylaws that will regulate the conduct of lawmakers over the next five years, including articles that specify MPs' salaries.
The parliament has so far approved 300 bylaw articles, with the remaining 140 to be discussed on today and tomorrow.
Procedures necessary to strip an MP of his parliamentary immunity or membership were among the articles debated in today evening session.
Debates on the other articles especially those regulating the house's relationship with the Central Auditing Agency, the country's main watchdog institution will be completed tomorrow.
