Egyptian court dismisses lawsuit on dissolving Salafist party
The Salafist al-Nour Party

A judicial circuit at the high administrative court turned down a lawsuit to dissolve Salafist Al Nour Party and returned the case to the administrative court for a final say.
The lawsuit had been filed by a number of lawyers, saying that the party was established on a religious basis in violation of the constitution.
