
Defence Minister Sedki Sobhi agreed on Wednesday to accept a new batch of trackers who wish to work with the border guards.
Applicants should be holders of the preparatory school degree or its equivalent or holders of primary school degree, Maj. Gen. Mohi el-Din Kamal Abdel Alim, head of the Army Administration of Recruitment and Mobilization, said.
The applicants must be unmarried, born to Egyptian parents and not less than 17 or over 25 years of age, he added.
They should be residents of Aswan, Qena or surrounding desert areas.
Applications will be accepted from November 10 till December 16.
