
Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukri has reviewed the latest developments in Syria, Iraq and Libya at a cabinet meeting held on Wednesday.
The meeting also took up the outcomes of the visit made by Libyan Prime Minister Abdullah al-Thani to Cairo on October 7.
Egypt has reconfirmed support to the will of the Libyan people and their government.
During the meeting, the health minister elaborated plans to enhance health services in Libya's port city of Tobruk and border towns.
According to the minister, Cairo will dispatch a medical team to help Libyans wounded in the armed conflict dogging the country since Gaddafi's 2011 ouster.
