
Head of the joint international-local mission following up Egypt's parliamentary elections Abu Zar Al Mana praised the second phase of parliamentary elections in terms of the voters' awareness and turnout.
In statements to MENA on Wednesday, Mana said the elections were characterized by transparency which is needed for any elections.
For his part, head of the mission of the international network for rights and development Hassan Moussa also praised the election process which is followed up by many international teams.
Ramadan Abu Gazar, the director of the Brussels-based international network, said he is leading a mission grouping members of 40 nationalities to make sure of the elections' fairness.
