Manpower and Immigration Minister Nahid Ashrie denied on Tuesday that labour and trade union laws will be issued by a presidential decree.
"The two bills will be presented to the upcoming parliament," the minister told a seminar on the collective bargaining, held in the Red Sea resort of Sharm el Sheikh.
She added that the laws reassure the youths who seek to work in the private sector.
The three-day seminar is attended by representatives of the Arab manpower ministries, businessmen organizations and the trade unions.
Representatives of the General Secretariat of the Arab League are also present.
