Egypt's 2016-2017 economic and social plan and the government platform were developed to serve the 2030 comprehensive development strategy, Planning Minister Ashraf el Araby said on Thursday.
Araby made the statements on the sidelines of the launching ceremony of a program for the preparation of feasibility studies that was carried out in cooperation with the US Agency for International Development.
Araby said the strategy was divided into 10 axes grouping various challenges facing the government.
Speaking about the civil service law, Araby said the government has amended points of disagreement and will send the law again to the parliament for approval.
