
Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab asserted the importance that the civil servants should show more discipline in their work to improve the governmental services provided for citizens.
In a meeting held with senior officials in Menoufia, north of Cairo, after he wrapped up his tour in the governorate, Mahlab stressed that there was no tolerance with corruption, adding the ordinary people wanted a remarkable change in the governmental performance that target solving their problems.
“This is our country, and no one could fix its problems but ourselves, if you perform work properly, it would be better in a month period,” Mahlab told the officials.
The premier pointed out some citizen’s complaints in Menoufia such as sewage, providing butane cylinders, and improving health services, which reached him via different channels, and directed officials to tackle them
