
The Emirates Red Crescent office in Ramallah is distributing 500 Iftar meals everyday among fasting people at al-Aqsa Mosque yards in cooperation with Awqaf Department, Directorate of Jerusalem.
The Authority's Office has also overseen the distribution of 400 Iftar meals daily among the underprivileged families in the Old City of Jerusalem, including the distribution of dates and water.
Sami Makkawi, Head of Emirates Red Crescent office in the Ramallah said that the Authority has always been organising Iftar projects during the holy month of Ramadan, which has witnessed a growing turnout. The beneficiaries have extended thanks and appreciation to the U.A.E.'s charitable and humanitarian organisations.
