ERC launches mosquito control efforts in Shibam

AL MUKALLA - Emirats Voice
The Emirates Red Crescent, ERC, team in Hadramaut, on Monday, presented insecticide spraying equipment to the district of Shibam in Wadi Hadramaut of Yemen, for use in mosquito-control operations.
Abdul Aziz Al Jaberi, Head of the ERC team in Hadramaut, said the equipment and accessories are expected to play a vital role in preventing diseases, such as malaria, following mosquito infestation in the district.
He added that the UAE will continue its support to the Yemeni brothers who are enduring difficult conditions due to the current conflict.
