
Fayyoum Criminal Court decided Thursday to hold in custody for three years two persons for organizing protests without permission.
They will also pay a fine of 100,000 pounds each for joining a banned group namely the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood (MB), disrupting traffic and possessing flyers propagating the ideas of this group.
The court also ordered that 34 persons be imprisoned for 15 years over charges of organizing demonstrations without permission and using force against the police.
They will also be put behind bars for two years for joining a banned group, possessing inflammatory flyers and disrupting traffic.
