Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Secretary-General Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani attended the meeting of Friends-of-Syria Group which was convened yesterday in New York, on the sidelines of the 69Th session of the UN General Assembly.
Chaired by British Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond meeting was attended, the meeting was attended by the foreign ministers and the official delegations the Friends-of-Syria Group member countries.
Dr. Al-Zayani also attended the reception ceremony hosted by UAE Foreign Minister Shaikh Abdulla bin Zayed Al-Nahyan marking the 69Th session of the UN General Assembly.
