Head of Kuwait's Hajj Mission Dr. Adel Al-Falah underlined the importance of coordination among hajj missions of the Gulf Cooperation Council states to upgrade performance and improve services.
"Cooperation is important with all countries but with GCC states it is more significant and bears fruits in shorter time," Al-Falah told KUNA after participating in a meeting for GCC hajj missions in Makkah.
He noted that the meeting tackled key issues related to hajj and pilgrims care and aimed at exchanging expertise among GCC missions.
Al-Falah said that the meeting was hosted by the Bahraini mission and attended by missions of Kuwait, UAE, Oman and Qatar.
Meanwhile, Al-Falah unveiled that the Kuwait hajj mission has organized a meeting with scholars, preachers and prayer callers of Al-Masjid Al-Haram (the Grand Mosque) of Makkah to talk about pilgrimage as a manifestation of the Muslim unity.
