
Heads of the relevant GCC governmental human rights ministries/departments on Wednesday will hold their eighth meeting at the GCC General Secretariat headquarters here in Riyadh.
The meeting will discuss the two bills of GCC Human Rights Declaration and coping mechanism to respond to international human rights organisations criticism of GCC countries (a study had already been completed by a panel of experts regarding the final draft of both bills).
The meeting will also discuss the concept of GCC Human Rights Office and the means capable of activation of its mechanism in addition to compilation of a unified draft law or regulation for child protection in the GCC countries.
