
Justice ministers of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member states held an extraordinary meeting in Riyadh on Monday to discuss ways to enhance joint action.
In statements carried by the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Saudi Minister of Justice and Waleed bin Mohammed Al Samaani disclosed that the ministers completed a study of the statute of the proposed GCC Economic Judicial Commission, prior to forwarding it to the coming GCC summit for final endorsement.
He made the disclosure following a meeting of the GCC justice ministers in Riyadh earlier in the day.
