
Two Kuwaiti figures will be honored at the fourth GCC festival for voluntary work to be held on November 12-16 in Qatar, said a Kuwaiti official here Thursday.
Speaking to KUNA on sidelines of the second meeting for the festival organizing committee, Undersecretary at the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor Dr. Mutar Ali Al-Mutairi said that Kuwaiti nationals, Fid'a Al-Wugaiyan and Saleh Al-Abdullah, will be honored at the festival for their voluntary work.
On the meeting, Al-Mutairi said that matters pertaining to preparations for the upcoming festival were discussed, noting that the festival aims at promoting voluntary work in the GCC region.
