
Vice - President of the Republic, Hassabo Mohamed Abdul-Rahman, has given a directive to the ministerial committee for the security situation in East Darfur State to continue efforts to calm down the tension and lead for tribal reconciliations in the state.
This came when he received Wednesday in his office at the Council of Ministers the Federal Government Minister, Dr. Farah Mustafa.
In a press statement, the minister said that he acquainted the Vice - President with the general security situation in East Darfur State, the recent confrontations between Ma'alia and Rezaigat tribes and the efforts done for realizing security and stability at the area.
He indicated that East Darfur State is witnessing stability these days thanks to the efforts which were exerted by the centre and the security committee of East Darfur State.
