Heads of Arab judicial councils arrive in Cairo

Heads of Arab judicial councils arrived here on Friday to take part in a preliminary conference to establish an Arab union for administrative judiciary.
The conference is meant to discuss the protocol of establishing the union.
The union aims at exchanging expertise and knowledge between its members.
