Health sector in Fayoum, Qena on alert ahead of January 25 anniversary

The Health Ministry directorates in the Qena and Fayoum governorates were put on alert ahead of the celebration marking the January 25 Revolution anniversary.
Health Ministry's undersecretary in Qena Ayman Khadari said emergency measures were announced in all the governorate's hospitals and the medics' vacations were cancelled in anticipation of any emergencies that could happen on the Jan 25 anniversary.
In Fayoum, Health Ministry's undersecretary Maher Gawish said the emergency measures will start as of Saturday till Thursday.
