Iraqi forces killed 30 Daesh militants in Al Anbar governorate in western Iraq on Thursday, security sources said.
Iraqi troops, in cooperation with the air force, bombed an outpost of the militant group in Khalidiya island east of Ramadi, capital of Al Anbar, killing the terrorists, the source added.
Military operations are going on as scheduled to liberate Al Anbar out of Daesh control, the source added.
Also, Iraqi war jets bombed seven booby-trapped cars east of Ramadi, fully destroying them and killing suicide bombers inside.
The US-led international alliance, meanwhile, carried out sorties, killing a top Daesh leader in the northern Iraqi of Makhmour.
The air raids left a number of militants dead.
