
Irrigation Minister Hossam Moghazi returned home after a five-day visit to Singapore, where he visited sewage treatment plants there.
Accompanied by Chairman of the Suez Canal Authority Mohab Mamish, Moghazi met with senior Singaporean officials and experts of water treatment.
The Egyptian minister paid a visit to some of the Singapore's main sewage treatment plants, which used modern technologies in water treatment, including diminishing the space of water stations and the time consumed for treatment.
He also held meetings with the engineers of the world's top company in designing, installing and operating sewage treatment plants.
