
Ismailia Governor Ahmed el-Qasas met on Thursday a UAE delegation led by General Manager of the Ajman Free Zone Authority Mahmoud Khalil al-Hashimi.
In press statements after the meeting, Qasas said that the visit of the UAE delegation aims at getting acquainted with investment opportunities in the industrial zones in western and eastern Qantara and Ismailia.
The governor said that Ismailia has investment potentials in the tourism field, adding that tourist villages can be established in the city.
Qasas and the UAE delegation inspected industrial and tourist projects in Ismailia as well as the new Suez Canal project.
