
Jeddah Governor Prince Mishaal bin Majed bin Abdulaziz welcomed on Tuesday the team of "Journey of Hope" in their second home in Saudi Arabia. Prince Mishaal praised, during a meeting with the team, the idea behind the trip which aimed to deliver a social and humanitarian message and support to people with disabilities. The Saudi official also praised the role played by the team and its social and humanitarian task, affirming that people with disabilities need further integration in the community, support and interest in education, health, social and humanitarian attention in all countries of the world. He also expressed his happiness for the arrival of the boat in Jeddah port, amid its sixth leg trip since beginning in Kuwait. For their part, the Journey of Hope members thanked Prince Mishaal for the warm welcome and reception. Earlier, Vice-Admiral Saeed Al-Zahrani, Commander of the Royal Saudi Navy's Western Fleet, praised the mission undertaken by the Kuwaiti boat touring 19 countries to propagate the cause of people with mental disabilities, as the boat makes a port of call here in Jeddah. Al-Zahrani met the crew of the "Journey of Hope" boat, extoling the idea behind its humanitarian journey
