Jordan on right path in anti-extremism

Minister of State for Media Affairs and Government Spokesman, Muhammad Momani, on Sunday, said Jordan is a successful and distinguished country when it comes to promoting moderation and tolerance.
The minister told a seminar in Al-Salt, north west of Amman, that the Kingdom is on the right path in the fight against extremism and terrorism. He added that the Kingdom has a wise leadership, professional security agencies and aware citizens who all stand against terrorism.
Momani also said that there are legal measures against those, who promote violence and hatred, adding that the state cooperates with media outlets to expose the crimes and violations of extremists.
