
Jordanian Prime Minister Abdullah Ensour and Arab League Secretary General Nabil el Araby stressed the need to have a unified Arab will to confront political developments, which are taking place on the Arab arena.
During the meeting, held at the premises of the Jordanian Cabinet, the two sides discussed the latest developments in the region along with the challenges which are facing the Arab nation.
They further stressed the need of revitalizing the religious discourse through disseminating the moderate religious thought.
Talks also tackled preparations for the Arab Summit, which will be held in late March in Sharm el Sheikh.
The two sides also tackled the Arab Foreign Ministers' meeting, which will be held next week.
Ensour, meanwhile, said Jordan's ties with all Arab countries are stable and are based on mutual respect and joint interests.
He also hailed the effective role played by the Arab League to promote Arab ties.
Araby, for his part, underlined the need of rallying Arab efforts in order to confront threats besetting the Arab security.
He also praised Jordan's role in the various Arab causes and at the Arab League as well.
