Jordanian King Abdullah II discussed Tuesday over the phone with Saudi Deputy Crown Prince and Defense Minister Mohamed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz al Saud measures to establish a Jordanian-Saudi coordination council.
During the Jordanian king's visit to Riyadh last week, the two sides attended the signing ceremony of the minutes of the establishment of the council.
The council will be co-chaired by Jordanian Prime Minister Abdullah Ensour and Prince Mohamed bin Salman. It aims at boosting strategic relations and political coordination between the two countries.
