Jordanian Labor Ministry urges workers to renew permits to avoid deportation

The Jordanian Ministry of Labor urged on Tuesday to all workers who have expired permits to renew their permits in order not be immediately deported after the deadline which will end early in October.
Those whose permits ended will not be exempted from fines due to their delay in renewing them, a statement of the ministry said.
This campaign comes to handle any problems in the labor market and create more job opportunities for Jordanians, the statement added.
