The Foreign Affairs Minister, Ali Karti , has asserted keenness of the government to invite all the Sudanese forces to take part in the national dialogue initiative, without exclusion to any party or political entity.
He said that this invitation includes the armed movements, after providing enough guarantees to them,a matter which will give no justification to any opposition or hostile activities against the Sudan abroad.
During his meeting Monday at his office with Egypt Ambassador to Sudan, Usama Shaltout, the Foreign Minister lauded the cooperation between the two sister countries and the Egyptian stance which represents a positive precedent in preventing the Sudanese opposition in Cairo from conducting any hostile political activity against the Sudan.
Meanwhile, Karti discussed with the Egyptian Ambassador the arrangements for the opening of the land crossing between Sudan and Egypt.
Karti has expressed his appreciationof the efforts being exerted by Egypt in this respect, pointing to the continuous consultations with the Egyptian Foreign Minister regarding the relations between the two countries and ways to boost the bilateral relations, asserting that Sudan gives maximum priority to its relations with Egypt .
The Egyptian Ambassador asserted his country keenness to enhance its relations with the Sudan in all fields, noting that Egypt's stance towards the opposition is a principled one.
