
Foreign Minister, Ali Kerti has confirmed Sudan's keenness to exert utmost efforts to maintain peace in Libya, calling on the concerned parties in Libya to start dialogue to reach a peaceful solution to the problem .
The Minister who received , at his office, Tuesday, the Envoy of the Arab League to Libya, Naser Al-Qudwa , affirmed Sudan's readiness to play positive role to bridge the gap in viewpoints of the Libyan disputed-factions, adding that Sudan hopes that the coming meeting of the countries neighboring Libya will reach lasting solution to the crisis .
The Arab League official briefed the minister on the recent incidents in Libya and the regional and international efforts in this connection .
