
Jordanian King Abdullah II returned to Amman on Thursday after a visit to New York where he participated in the meetings of the United Nations General Assembly.
During his visit to the US, he gave a speech at the UNGA and also participated in a summit hosted by US President Barack Obama on international coalition against terrorism and extremism around the world.
He also met with a number of leaderships participating in the meetings and discussed a number of regional and international issues including the Israeli violation on Al Aqsa Mosque and the Syrian crisis.
The king also participated in a meeting organized by the international Clinton initiative and also met with a number of US economic leaderships to discuss fostering bilateral ties.
