King, Crown Prince receive cables on 71st Independence Day

His Majesty King Abdullah II, on Wednesday, received cables of congratulations from leaders of Arab, Muslim and friendly countries on the 71st anniversary of Jordan’s Independence Day.
They wished the King continued good health and the Jordanian people further progress and prosperity, emphasizing ties between their Jordan and their countries.
The King also received cables from the prime minister, the Senate president, the Lower House speaker, president of the Judicial Council, the chief justice, the grand mufti of Jordan, the army chief, the directors of the departments of intelligence and civil defense and acting directors of the public security and gendarmerie and the Economic, and Social Association of Retired Servicemen and Veterans.
His Royal Highness Crown Prince Hussein Bin Abdullah also received similar cables on this occasion from civil and military officials.
