
Kuwait's Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Salah Al-Buaijan held a ceremony to mark the anniversaries of Kuwait's 54th National Day and 24th Liberation Day with wide popular and official participation.
During the ceremony, held at Fairmont Bab Al-Bahr in Abu Dhabi late Monday, Ambassador Al-Buaijan extended congratulations to His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, and the Kuwaiti people, praying the mighty Allah to perpetuate the grace of security, development, and prosperity on Kuwait.
The Kuwaiti diplomat also expressed, in a statement to KUNA, gratitude to the government and people of the UAE for their friendly and noble sentiments towards Kuwait, as well as their participation with their Kuwaiti brothers and sisters at the National Days celebrations.
The ceremony was attended by UAE Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Abdallah bin Zayid Al-Nuhayyan, Minister of Culture, Youth, and Community Development Sheikh Nuhayyan bin Mubarak Al-Nuhayyan, Minister of Energy Suhail Al-Mazrui, and a number of officials, diplomats, and businessmen, in addition to a number of Kuwaiti students.
