
Kuwait is set to play host to the third meeting of the GCC e-government ministerial committee on Sunday under chairmanship of Kuwaiti Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs and Chairman of the Central Agency for Information Technology Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah.The meeting is mainly meant to bolster and cement technical cooperation and share relevant experience among the six GCC member states, leading up to the development of e-government services, the agency said in a statement.The conferees willdiscusstheGCCSecretariat's memos of understanding on e-government activities and projects, it added.Furthermore, a project to link the websites of all the six GCC countries' e-governments will be on the agenda of the meeting, the agency pointed out.
