Kuwait keen to join international events

Kuwaiti Ambassador in Spain Suleiman Al-Harbi said here on Wednesday his country is eager to participate in international events and exhibitions, especially industrial, trade and tourist ones. Speaking to KUNA on the sidelines of the International Tourism Festival, which kick-started here earlier in the day, Al-Harbi said participation in international events is a significant tool for promoting the civilized bright image, and historical and strategic importance of the State of Kuwait. He appreciated the great efforts exerted by the Ministry of Commerce for the promotion and development of the tourist sector in Kuwait. The ambassador boasted that Kuwait has tourist potentials, including entertainment, cultural and hereditary facilities.
