
Representative of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and Kuwait Ambassador to Venezuela Mohammad Al-Shabo attended the inauguration ceremony of Panamanian new President Juan Carlos Varela and Vice President Isabel Saint Malo.
Ambassador Al-Shabo conveyed to the Panamanian leader the greetings and best wishes of His Highness the Amir, His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah.
He voiced Kuwait wishes of prosperity for Panama under its new leadership and affirmed Kuwait's keenness to enhance the friendly ties in all domains, according to statement issued by Kuwait Embassy in Caracas on Thursday.
On her part, Vice President Malo thanked Ambassador Al-Shabo and asked him to convey her best wishes to His Highness the Amir, His Highness the Crown Prince and His Highness the Prime Minister.
Elected on May 4, President Varela and Vice President Malo were sworn in on July 1, 2014.
