
Kuwait's First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah headed an Arab meeting here Thursday to discuss the situation in the Gaza Strip.
The meeting, attended by Arab League Secretary General Nabil Al-Araby and Palestinian Foreign Minister Riyad Al-Maliki, focused on the upcoming meetings with officials from the Swiss government and the Red Cross which will focus on the situation in the Gaza Strip.
The meeting touched on efforts to help Palestinians to face the ongoing Israeli military onslaught on the Gaza Strip and ways to protect civilians through the Geneva Convention concerning human rights.
