
First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah on Tuesday received the board of trustees of the Journey of Hope and congratulated them on the successful tour around the world.
Sheikh Sabah Khaled said the Journey of Hope had achieved set targets, namely highlighting Kuwait's civilized and humanitarian image as well as the country's support to the disabled.
Board Chairman and Executive Director of the Journey of Hope Youssef Abdulhamid Al-Jassim, and board members, expressed gratitude to Sheikh Sabah Khaled for the support and facilities offered by the Foreign Ministry and diplomatic missions overseas during the tour, which helped realize the set goals.
The delegation included Sheikha Sheikha Al-Abdullah Al-Khalifa Al-Sabah, Captain Faisal Thanian Al-Ghanim, Dr. Modhi Al-Hamoud, brigadier Khaled Al-Kandari, Saoud Faisal Alghanim and Rehab Boresly.
